Hi there,
I need to dispute a credit card charge and they are requesting all the contact I have made, it goes beyond the last billing cycle which I can see online. Can I please request all call history from April 13th until today?

Don’t dispute the PM charges with your CC company or you will be Blacklist and will be paying your future bills with vouchers.
There is a drop-down menu to view the last 1, 3 or 9 months and filter to incoming or outgoing calls.

you should be able to get 90 days of usage history. So, you should get history from early March to today, but not older than that
But do not filter the date, download them all and filter it yourself after
if it really stuck in April and cannot give you March to April usage, ask PM agent to help
