or make payment you can go to Shell Stations to purchase vouchers and add to your account by call *611

once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,

Official list of retailers location sell vouchers:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/payment-voucher

Isn't there an amount due option in 611? No there's no custom amount.

PM has recently "updated" the website and payment options like these are part of the change. Any extra $$ will just accumulate in Available Funds...eventually you'll get a free ride if you continue to overpay a few bux each time plan renews.

Another options is to get a valid credit card on your file and set to it Autopay. Every time your plan renews, it'll take any rewards first, then the balance only, will come outta the credit card. Translate that to convenience.

@Putteyhead - well new upgrades were introduced on July 13, 2022 to Self Serve. So was the last time you signed in before then?

Things have been a bit of a muck. Aren't you able to choose whatever amount you want to pay under

"Add Funds to My account"

It seems to start to work for me, but I didn't complete anything.

HI @Putteyhead

To pay on the new My Account,  you go to Payment page, then click Add  Fund to my account

yes, with *611, it is a pre-set amount, there are different plans and different add-ons, hard to set up all the different choice (and remember some people have rewards and the amount would be all different).

No worry that you have paid more, the extra will stay in your account for future use
