I picked up a new one today at a Telus/Koodo store, but I had to phone around to find them in stock and they kept telling me that Telus is trying to close down PM. Finally got a store that just today got a big stack of cards. Getting it activated is another story because it's for someone who lost their phone and had to buy a new one. Puts in the card # on the self service site, saves it and it reverts to 891222-00000-00000-0000.

OP can get it right a way if OP heads to a Telus or Koodo store 🙂

You lost your sim card ? Look up and click Shop / Buy SIM Card.
If you already have a replacement SIM...log in to your account / Profile. From there you click on Edit Account Info / Change SIM card Number... Save Changes.
