If for some reason I forgot to update my expired CC info on auto-pay, what would happen to my account? Will I loose my current plan and be forced to subscribe to a new plan when I re-subscribe (assuming my current plan is no longer offered at the time of expiration)? I also read that there is a 3 month grace period, but I assume that is only to keep my phone number not my current subscribed plan. Thanks

No you won’t loss any rewards.
Just login on the app or online to your account and update your CC in the Payment tab>Update Card Information.
Yes you have 90 days to make a payment before your account will be closed, SIM will not work and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from. I wouldn’t wait the 90th day…make a payment on the 88th day encase there are issues contacting an agent.

@MC_J Your account won’t renew and from that renewal date your account will be in suspended state for 90 days after that 90 days the account will be closed and the number gone . Forcing you to create a new account with new sim and new email . But if you make payment again before the 90 days are up then you will be able to keep the account number and plan
