New sim card received this week, but phone is broken so don't need to activate new card. Need to cancel subscription

If you didn’t activate the SIM then your subscription wasn’t charged. It is under pending (not posted) until you activate SIM.
You can confirm with an CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon then type in “Submit a Ticket”.
