Can you elaborate why they might have offered a refund? (without offering personal information as we're just other customers like you...)

Did you get confirmation that the funds WILL be sent back to your credit card? Because most times it's just a credit on your PM account. You should check your accounts for credits to be sure.

we are just customers like you
if you have already opened ticket with PM agent, and they replied already, please reply on the same message and ask for update
but like other businesses, it can take as many as 2 to 3 weeks for the refund to arrive on your credit card
