How do I change my subscription when the offer I see on the website does not show after I log in?
There is a plan I am interested in, I click on it, and then I need to log in. After that, the plan does not show among the others.

I did not read the full offer. But I few bad ones cause I have been with the provider for over 3 years. Anyway, thanks

Someone earlier today was having problems getting the $50 Canada/US plan. When I looked it was visible on the website but not in the app. Is that the one?

as long as it is not a plan for new activation only, you should see it on your My Account
But it is true some posts talked about they don't see all plans on My Account. Please try using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser and check Change Subscription and see if you find the plan you want. Make sure to select ALL and don't pick the wrong filter

usually, you'd just log in to your account / Subscription and Add/ons / Change Subscription...then make your selection. What do you see diff ?
