I recently upgraded to the 15GB plan for a $40 a month, 30-day plan. I renewed on November 2nd. Got the 15 gigabytes and thought it was ok. Ever since that day I have only used that data 4 times and turn it off whenever I do not need to. yet in just 2 weeks, I went from having 2 GBs used to 14 GBs when I only used it 4 times in that period. I don't know how that happened especially since in my Data Usage and the Usage history. It only shows that I used about 2 gigabytes in that time period so I don't know what to do. I barely have any data left and this frustrates me since I check my usage every day and it never went up like this. As you can see from the image below. The last 7 days only show about 1 Gigabyte being used. Yet it says I have used almost 14 gigabytes. Even in the last 15 days I barely used more than 3 Gigabytes. So I am confused as to how it shot up so fast. There also was no warning like there normally is. I just received a 75% data usage and that was it. no 95% or no 50% usage like there normally is. I am confused about where to go here since I haven't even changed what I normally do every day before this period of time. I was on a $40 for 5 Gigabytes of Data a month and I rarely ever used 5 Gigabytes of Data in the first place and when I did it still lasted the whole month if not a majority of the month.
