Hi all,
I elected to upgrade my plan two weeks ahead of renewal. I have not been able to get ANY 4G data today (the new plan is in effect today). I understand there could be delays if you switch your plan but am confused if that potential delay also happens when the switch is planned weeks ahead of time.

You'll get the new speed in 48 hrs from your renewal date.
Login to your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode.
You should see the new plan . You were probably looking at old cached information before.
When you scheduled your switch to the new plan doesn't matter on the delay 🙂
