Hi
I bought $20 US roaming a week ago, but it didn’t work for me when I was in USA. So I didn’t use it!
Now, I am back to Canada. I guess I should request for refund. How to request for the refund?

What didn't work? Assuming there was cellular service in the area, texting and data should have worked just fine; it's just calling that is spotty at best since the US started shutting down their 3G network earlier this year.

Did you put your Network setting to T-Mobile while in the USA?
This is require to have service.
