How did you "cancel" your account ? If you leave PM, remove your credit card from Autopay to make sure this doesn't happen.
Contact a CSA for refund request.

You cancelled your account via Porting out the number?
Unfortunately this happens occasionally.
Just open a ticket with PM Support and they will refund it and cancel the Autopay forward
