Could someone please help. I have just got a sim card and registered evrything and got a plan. they charged my credit card but my phone plan is not working and when it says the sim card is inserted at the top of phone. so i have some issue with sim card I believe. I try to access my app profile but cannot because it is trying to send me a text message but I cannot receive message due to the fact that the phone plan does not work. please help anyone

@Zanan Check that the sim card is inserted properly. If you have access to another working phone try it in there. You may be able to get the log in code by tapping Didn't Get The Code or Resend Code a few times and selecting the email option. I'm not sure what you mean by "and when it says the sim card is inserted at the top of phone" ?

Try rebooting your phone first by powering off then back on.
If that didn’t work then you need to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you complete your activation.
