Subscription plan switch but charged more

I previously used a the $34 a monrh subscription but I switched to the $29 a month subscription and I used my reward points worth $15 so my subscription charge should be around $15. I got charged about $21, so I was wrongly charged and I don’t what happened.

@Kyagi login to My Account , go to Payment history page  ( https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history )  , it will tell you the extra payment breakdown.  see if that makes sense or post us the screenshot
