Why have I been charged double for the month of May when I never ever use up what my plan offers? How do I reverse these charges?

Did you change plans in May? Immediate plan change?
Check your payment history page in your self service account. If it does not make sense, if you feel comfortable, you can copy and paste or screenshot the page on the forum. Omit any personal information.

@ritamacmillan If you think the charges are wrong (could one of the charges be "pending", in which case it will be removed?) then open a ticket with support using the chat icon bottom right of this page.
