Want to change my subscription with old one

Can you guys help me? Because the old subscription is not showing any more. And now I am using less phone and data.

I am a loyal customer from last 5 years.  Now I am thinking to go with other companies they provide lot cheaper subscription

sorry @Steve1975 , you  won't be able to change back to the old plan  if it is not there on your My Account Change Subscription page.  You cam only change to plans showing theee

If you changed your plan and it's not showing now then it's no longer available.  I've been trying to change my plan but this site is down AGAIN... I've been with PM for years and I've had enough of the crap service and dropped calls. I suppose that's what one should expect when it comes to "budget carriers"

@Jatin610  We can only change to the plans that are available to us in our accounts . Check the PM app and see what plans are available to you to change to and remember to use the change on renewal option and not immediately or you lose money on your current cycle .
