I would like to have my receipts from April 2023 until present. I can only access my receipts since November 2023.
They say I should contact an agent if I would like to go back further. I am always either sent to this community posts or an AI who is not able to assist.

yes , they Account login has problem tonight so you cannot use Chatbot
Since you now messaged them, you now need to check community inbox for response from support. You can check the message here

Open a ticket through chatbot. Type 'ticket' and follow prompts until you get a link to open a ticket.
