I want to cancel my plan, but can’t log in and can’t reset password. What should I do? Thanks.

@Karenli As was mentioned, there are 2 options: contact moderators through clicking on ? on bottom right of the page and following directions OR directly through the private message here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Ask them for a temporary password.

@Karenli , if you are unable to complete a password reset yourself you will need moderator team assistance to regain access to your account. The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. @Karenli if you can't reset password click on? bottom right page and ask to speak to a moderator ask for temp password

You can submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
Also you could send a private message to a moderator.
