Unfortunately, none of the informatoin you have linked to would help the customer as the customer can't even get into the voicemail acccount because the password isn't being accepted.

@Anna-942 any chance you were playing with the Voicemail settings on My Account and you clicked Reset?
Anyway, if you go back to VM again, did it ask you to change pwd again? If it is not asking again, I think it is ok
