Voicemail password not working

I tried to set up my voicemail password like the automated voice said but it always says "invalid password" no matter what I put. How do I set up my password?

Let's try once more before asking support to help
go to My Account, Profile, and then click on the pencil to the right of Voicemail password, then click Initiate voicemail Password now and follow the rest of the step
if still does not work, you will need to ask support agent to reset for you
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
