I lost my cell and i'm trying to reset pasword with anither phone but its not working. And now it lock me out and asking me to call with my phone...Can

You will need to wait an hour before login again.
On the other phone, you can login on the PM app then click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent by email.
Or login online and do the same and reset your password under Account tab>Manage Login (Secure by Eversafe) to change your password.
If all fails, you will need to create a ticket though Chat bubble for a CS_Agent to help you.
