Hi I forgot my kids account email. I’m not sure what it is. I’ve tried everything I thought it was under but I can’t access their subscription. I can change the password because I have their phone number but I don’t have their email.

if Forgot login does not work, them you will need support agent to helpy, you can submit by direct message:
