we lost my wives email we used to register her phone and we need it to port her number who can we call or what can we do to get this off her account

Yes and they are telling us to log into this account which is mine not hers but we are changing providers enough run around for us

yes its still active problem is we dont rem what email we used

the service still active?  if it is, you can still use the email address to login My Account and have the 2FA code sent to the phone, then you can get the account number from the Profile page on My Account or Account page on the app

but if you cannot login at all, then you need support to help, , you can submit  ticket by direct message:
