Voicemail not accessible

When I try to access voicemail, it tries to connect for a few seconds, then disconnects. I tried the old "turn the phone off then on" but same result. Using a Samsung A13. Can you help? Thanks.

1. Did you set up vmail? It has to be set up very first time using your mobile phone.

2. Can you access vmail calling vmail number (not '1' from mobile phone)?

Was VM ever work on your phone ?. or you just joined PM and it never works?

Try to call one of the direct voicemail access number 1-438-580-4001 and see if it works first
