Have performed hard resets, network resets etc. PM tech confirmed it is an issue with IOS 16.3.1. Waiting for next Apple software update to resolve.

My voicemail indicators and notifications have never worked consistently on Public with iPhone. They worked fine when I used Telus. I've gone through all the trouble shooting steps before with no resolution. Things are intermittent at best, although lately they have been working.

It is your phone feature, nothing to do with PM.
Reboot your phone (turn it off, wait a bit, turn it on).
When this issue started? Maybe you need to hard reset your phone to factory spec.
