I’ve been having an issue with trying to access my voicemail for about a month, I don’t get many calls and when I do normally they don’t leave voicemails so it hasn’t been an issue. However I always get this error message when I call my voicemail and cannot get through there is no dial tone and fails everytime.

Lol....phones need shut eye too! Try to give your phone a little down time once a week. If you hit the sack early on Sundays for example let your phone do the same thing or if you sleep late on Saturdays remind yourself to let your phone have a lie in too....

Thank you, all it took was restarting my phone. I never think to do that and it fixes most issues I’ve had

You may need to update the voicemail number stored on your phone.
Check the list from this thread here.
Choose the number closest to your location, and edit it into your VM settings.

Did you ever had access to your vmail?
Have you set it up very fist time?
Can you access it calling it from another phone?

reset SIM, take out SIM, re-inserting SIM and power on,
try toggling airplane mode off/on,
and Rebooting device..test it.
