Very Upset Wife - No group posting and picture downloading

In the last few days, my wife couldn't download/send group messaging to her work group. In top of that she can't send pictures to the group either.

(I've changed the APN data as instructed)

It's a revolution here, please help if you can.

@Fish96 there are multiple reports that people still need support to re-provision on the system for MMS to work again.  Please open. ticket with Support

Hi @Fish96 new activation or existing?? Did you try Reset all networks?? And mobile data on?? And she is using MMS?? If iMessga/RCS?

what phone does she have?? if  using a device that released after 2017, generally, she can simply click Reset All networks or Reset network settings to get the latest APN

Also, she can make a manual update, here are the old and new settings

Old settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
                             or        default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

 

New Settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
                             or             default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
