unable to get cell number

Hi , my sim activation not completed though I paid amount. I can’t download public mobile app without iCloud account and for that I need cell number. Thanks

Hi @v1104 you need the app to complete the activation.

you can try to get a friend to help to download the app and complete the activation with your friend's help

but if you passed the payment step and just need the app to finalize, support agent can help.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

If your able download the app with someone’s phone with your SIM in their phone. Once completed you can use your own phone after.
