Pictures SMS not downloading

Recently changed from Telus to Public Mobile (Telus) and now when I receive a SMS with a picture it just spins and eventually times out saying "not available". Although I received a few others that will download but most fail. I am using Google messages as my default messaging app but have tried the stock app and Textra etc. with the same results.

It was the APN settings. Port and proxy needed changed. Strange I've switched multiple times before and never had to edit APN. Anyways thanks for your assistance 👍

what brand and model your phone?

check the APN and make sure these are there

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms

is your Mobile data on? MMS need mobile data 

and you have an Android? what model ?

@Willie68  Make sure you have MMS enabled and cell data turned in to send and recieve picture messages
