Using 500 bonus LD international min

Trying to use my 500 bonus long distance min for international calls to Europe, but I am getting a message "the call couldn't be completed as dialed".

Pls advise.

Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela.

You can also call....

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela

As well as....

Pakistan, Macao, Taiwan and a few other international destinations not on any list as a few curious members have found its YMMV. For one day last week we could even call Iran for free?!!

Where in Europe are you trying to call?

You can only call to UK, Greece, Spain, France, Poland, Italy and Germany.

PM's LD area is very restricted, not every country can be called using the LD addon

Make sure your dialing the phone number correctly and using the right country code too.

Not all countries are covered with 500 BLD

International calling covers the following countries:

Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela.
