I have to change the Email on my account so that I can update my payment info.

You can still login to your account with your old email with your password. Just have the 2FA code sent by text to your phone.
If you want the email changed on your accounts, only a CS_Agent can do that for you.

@michi525 Only PM support can help to update the email address used on PM's My Account, please open ticket with support as follow:
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
Once email is changed and you can login, then go to Payment page to update the payment info:
Payment page -> Manage Payment Method->Update Card Information

To change your email address you'll have to get help from a Customer Support Agent.
