Who can I contact about a missing referral? My referral is insisting they put in my referral code when signing up and still hasn’t shown on my account and it’s been over a week.

Since you joined on May 6, 2019. You are on the old Rewards system so login to your accounts and login again on Rewards.
It will show the last four digits of members using your referral code.
Also you should have got a text “Cha-Ching. You just added to your RAF-way to go”
If it is not shown in your Rewards or didn’t get the text. They probably entered the wrong referral code.

The person who you referred needs.to contact Public Mobile using the chatbot link at this website to open a ticket.

You'll have to get the person you referred to get help with that from a Customer Support Agent.
Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
