Who thought it was a smart idea to get rid of customer service lines?! I changed pass and still cant login to my account. Useless im about to switch to telus where i know customer service still exists.

@suicidal-hime I can relate to your frustration. I'm glad I was able to handle it. After things are setup, there's actually relatively little intervention required. Either way, dealing with a Customer Service Agent has been very helpful for me.
If you require assistance and would like to deal with a person, the easiest is to contact a Customer Service Agent @CS_Agent

Since PM website has caches issue, so clear caches , cookies then using computer and private or incognito mode browser to login. For some mysteriously reasons, mobile device some times hard to login.

Clear your system cache and cookies, then open an incognito tab and try logging in again.
If you continue to have issues, use the reset password feature again to ensure you are reentering the correct password.
If you are still having issues accessing self-serve, the only method to contact customer support is as follows:
There are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode and try again.
This website has terrible caching issues.
