Hi @hTideGnow i'm not agree for this time,,, you know why because before i don't remember which years was for free gift data and minutes and other gift i didn't get anything, and after a times past i saw in community too many Announcements for those things, i did contact to CSA. and them said your email is not in system not active for those things i reply what is they talking about how i can login to my account again they said to me it's not about login to account there at website i'm never did for Sign-up for deal alerts or never enter my email to any web in PM and i don't know why my email account is not active for those gift by email or SMS, why i losing all gifts i don't know and CSA, nothing give to cover my lost..and just for last December i get two gift for data and munits by SMS..

@hTideGnow- I would still be unconvinced it would apply to texts as well until some experienced verification. But hey maybe it's one setting and it's global.

@Timer- Looks like a lot of short codes have been re-used on several occasions. I would still suggest that your email subscribing suggestion would be for just emails, not texts as well. But maybe I'm wrong.
August 2019 from 5131 = 1 text for the summer freebie
August 2020 from 5179 = 1 text and a confirmation reply for the western Shaw freebie
September 2 2020 from 5198 - RAF promo
October 2 2020 also from 5198 - telus spam about health
June 4 2021 also from 5198 - another RAF promo
December 2 2021 from 4911 - more is merrier but also December 13 for some reason - that was a mess of a promo
February 8 2021 from 5169 - Lunar RAF
December 16 2021 also from 5169 and also RAF
Some account stuff like CCTS from 5129 and US welcome from 7626 and all the 611 stuff and the 5132 enhanced 911 stuff and the new 6400 authorizations.

if those SMS short code, for that company keep it the same number then why is showing each time when sending to all customer a different SMS number then that company changed those SMS number each time when has promo or gift to send to all customer.
@hTideGnow i don't think so by CSA, can be resubscribe ,, i'm not sure but they OP can tried with them,
but at website is very clear it's say ( Sign-up for deal alerts )
so if anyone do unsubscribed then reenter email at webiste then will be automatically subscribe.

@Timer- Good of you try them. I simply found them in my text history. So what if any reply back did you get when you tried them, before I try them since you just did? I never unsubscribed so my trying wouldn't likely do anything as I suspect it did nothing for you.
Your email option is good for emails. I hardly think it would work for SMS or "everything".

i tried now for those SMS short code,typing ( subscribe ) to ( 513-1 )( 517-9 )( 519-8 )( 491-1 )( 516-9 )
those all SMS for one time received, and the company change those SMS code time to time, i don't think so is will resubscribe back by SMS.
Submit by email direct on website company is better, to getting everything..

The above is a good find for emails.
Maybe try texting to 5169 and typing -> subscribe <-. I have received some promos on that number. Also do the same with 4911. Oh and 5198. Add 5179. And finally from August 2019 - 5131. That's all I have on this phone.

for you consent to receiving electronic messages from Public Mobile. You can withdraw your consent to receive electronic messages from Public Mobile at any time.and Submit.

The good news is there are usually no secret or exclusive deals for just ppl on the text list, you can find all of that info on the website, or over the community or website similar to the one above

HI @Gumfoot you will need to open ticket with CS Agent for that:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
