Cant get Holiday Rewards

About 1 year ago, i accidentally unsubscribed to promotional emails/texts through public mobile. The only texts/emails I receive is when it lets me know when my bill is due. (Sidenote: My GF is also with PM and is subscribed so she gets all the promo offers).  Due to this reason I am very unlikely to recieve the holiday rewards text (as she already got it). How do i go about getting my free holiday awards? Or at the very least get back on to their text/email promos?

Contact the agent, they can re-subscribe you to all future SMS updates.

Not recently, but I once had a network issue and had to make sure it was correct or else the network wasn't working properly for me.

Take a look at this information for managing your network settings for data and messages.

I, also have disabled promotional emails and texts...but I got the More is Merrier offer a few days ago. Keep watching for it between now and Dec 15th, it might just arrive.

Contact agent to clarify if PM can re-subscribe you to ALL SMS from PM.

 

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+)Here

Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.

HI@Bainer55   you really don't have to worry about it.  Everyone will have it

 

Send again on Dec 15 or 16 and it will work

If not, open ticket with CS agent and they will add it back for you for sure

Yes ive already tried to bypass it by texting to 4911 YES2 and it doesn't work. I have all my relatives with PM (6 people) who have all recieved this text already and they are all subscribed to recieve promos as well. I usually recieved this text right away as ive been with PM for many years.

Hi @Bainer55   PM will be sending via shortcode 4911

 

you can try to send YES2 to 4911.  

Don't worry if you see it sending back saying you are not eligible.  All it means is that it is not your turn yet

If that is the case, send YES2 again to 4911 on Dec 15 and it should work
