Hi, I am missing most of my usage report for October 15, 2024. It may be because my credit card needed to be updated the day of the monthly renewal. Is there any way to ask PM to publish the usage that is missing for that day?

voucher is a payment coupon. Some people does not want to pay by credit card, or unable to update the card, so they can buy voucher from stores
So, for example, you have a $40 plan, you go to stores like Shoppers Drug mart or some gas station like Petro Canada and ask them for a $40 PM voucher. They will charge you tax on the spot
After you got the voucher, just to to My Account and load the voucher from Payment tab or call *611. Since it is a $40 voucher, it will show up as a $40 credit (Available funds) and PM will used to renew the $40 plan. No more tax will be added at that time as you already paid tax in the store when you bought

You can purchase vouchers and dial 611 and enter the voucher number while you are waiting to update your CC.
Vouchers can be purchased from:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

Usage is only updated twice per day – usually around noon and midnight.

I havent checked the daily usage much but it may need some more time to populate since it was only 1 day ago. However, if it does not show up, you should be able to ask a PM Agent to give you the usage report by contacting them here:
