My Esim didn't activate.

HI @Toad1 

go to Settings-> Cellular screen or your Sim Manager to check if the PM eSIM is there

if it is, make sure it is enabled, or if on iPhone, make sure it is set as Primary and "Turn on this line" is toggled on.  Then try to Reset All Networks 

if esim is not there, then check your Welcome email and scan the esim QR code there

if you still cannot get it going, then ask support agent for help.  Message them:

@Toad1  You can check your welcome email for the QR code and scan it and install it . Also check your sim manager in phone settings and ensure eSIM is set to primary and reset network settings and remove physical SIM card if you have one and test . If still no luck contact support to help
