I have purchased usa addons for talk,text and Data using my registered credit card and it shows up as a credit by applying it to my subscriptions not due until february but does not let me purchase the addons so I have not talk or text.I tried to repurchase the addons using the credit but still will not do it.I actually received a receipt saying the addons where purchased but still shows up as a credit.I submitted a ticket to an agent but nothing but errors.Has anyone got any suggestions on how to fix this.
