My US data add-on will not connect. I have shut my phone off completely, and turned on and tried to troubleshoot, but still not working.

Can you try popping your SIM Card out and than back in? Sometimes this helps reconfigure things.

Try setting networks down to LTE etc if it's currently on 5G.
Is this a re-buy of a same add-on?

Data charge was added to my account. Roaming is on and cellular is on. We have tried the troubleshooting with no success. We have used this feature before with no issue, not sure what is happening this time

@Naboom What add-on did you buy? Are you sure you turned Data Roaming on in the network settings on your phone? Are you connected to T-Mobile?
What specific troubleshooting have you tried already?

in the phone settings, ensure that data roaming is enabled.

Do you see the US data add on in your self service account?

Try to manually connect to T mobile.
You can try a network reset (this will erase your Wifi passwords)
