I lost my email and now what should I do to reactivate the sim card? I was supposed to activate it every month on the 5th but this time it's the 6th and I still haven't solved my email problem. What should I do?

HI @Masouda1 open ticket with CS agent and they can help to change your email address for My Account and help to reset password
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Contact agent to update/change your email. Only they can do that.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@Masouda1 did you try to use the Reset Password link there to reset the password?
If that still does not work, then open ticket with PM support using Charbot and they will sort it out for you
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
