Urgent Want to talk to a customer service support agent

I wanted to talk to a customer service support  in order to re-activate my account suspended for more than a  month  . In 3 days I will lose even the number if do not reactivate in time .

maybe, maybe not. We had a conversation with an agent but it got dropped for some reason.

And logging into the Community is not always easy too - it has been a mess all day today.

but user can post here, so, they can submit ticket using this Community account

but if you can't log into your account (because the system is being user hostile), then one tends to be pretty blocked...

Contact customer support to regain access to your account however in the meantime if you want to ensure that you reactivate your account before it is canceled and deactivated pay with a public mobile voucher. All the info you need to know on this can be found in the link below....

Your account can be suspended for up to 90 days without losing number.

- Log in to your account and manually pay

- Get voucher and pay either through your account or calling 611.

 

If nothing of above works for you, contact agent.

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.

Get some payment vouchers, then dial 611 to add 'em to your acct.

Hi @seghier can you login?. you can easily activate yourself without CS Agent help 

 

if you cannot login, open ticket with PM CS Agent to have the pwd reset

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. First type: "Forgot log in information"
  2. Then Click "Contact Us"
  3. Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@seghier  - are you not able to log into your account to make a payment and reactivate?
