As someone who has been trying (currently) to update my credit card information for a month with no success, yeah, I don't think the issue has been resolved yet.

Make sure you keep an eye out on your inbox as they'll respond within around 24 hours. You should also get an email if you've subscribed to emails. 🙂

There have been issues in updating credit cards. Supposedly resolved in early December.

@Leann_alp As @Cheetah24 says best to get help from support . But in the meantime you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers 7-11 shell gas or muskbird.com and load it *611 to resume services right away if in a hurry

@Leann_alp: There have been some reports of this recently. Best bet in my opinion is to contact a service agent through direct message at https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and explain the issue.
