New credit card expiration date is showing in my account, yet texts keep telling me to update

Hello,

My credit card expired at the end of September. I received a new credit card and updated my information in my account (I have it set to auto-withdraw my payments each month), yet public mobile keeps texting me telling me the credit card on file is expired. I just checked again and the system definitely shows the expiration date from my new card, which is several years away. What do I need to do to make the system realize that the updated card is in there?

Thank you.

HI @Becky12992

submit by direct message

   https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

but generally and if you don't need to pay now,  wait 24 hours and then use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login and try update the card info again

Oh, thanks for letting me know. I tried to submit a ticket but was also having trouble making that work.

I have the same situation and just submitted a ticket for it; hopefully just the system not updating, but I want to doublecheck so I don’t lose service!
