account suspended - i have updated new credit card - but account is still suspended. how do i get operational?
long story short; forgot to upload new card when old one expired; new card is uploaded; there is no option to "PAY NOW"
I have called *611...it asks for pin...which I give but it does not work.
No ability to pay online.....whats the deal?

For the above suggestions, the customer would already be logged into the self serve account when resetting the account PIN. As such, there would be no need to call 1-855-4-PUBLIC to make payment since the customer would already have full access to the payment system on the website.

You can add a new PIN to your account:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/reset/pin
Then dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a manual payment. Also, login to account account and check to see if Subscribe button is enabled so you don’t worry about it for the next renewal.

yes, you need to make a payment after successful update of your credit card. the payment link is hard to find, please use this direct link to load enough money for renewal

try to login PM My Account again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and check if Pay and Resume service button is there
