Hi! I am having trouble updating the credit card which has expired. While re-entering the new one this message is coming up;
' Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later' .
The credit card number and ... is the same as the previous one, the only change is the expiry date.

@Houshang1 You can buy payment vouchers at shoppers 7-11 shell gas and or muskbird.com and load them *611 too resume services right away . If you can wait 24 hours and get updating card again incognito provide mode or from the app even . If you have been trying for last few days already then please submit ticket with support

there has been lots of payment card issue and more lately
please wait an hour and try again, some even say wait 24 hours, then login using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser. If possible, try another card as well
if you need to get your service back quicker, get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using *611.
You mentinoed that costs an extra $20. No, there is no service fess with getting vouches form store. You have not paid for this month yet, so buying voucher does not cost you anything extra, as long as you buy from stores like Shoppers durg mart and not buying online like from recharge.com

The best course of action is to submit a ticket with the chatbot in the public mobile community tab and explain to them your situation, they will provide you with an answer tomorrow. They respond quickly once they issue the initial response to your ticket.
