I’m trying to update the payment method for my son’s subscription. The card we were using has expired and his service will be cutoff. Need this done today

Simply login to your son’s account on the app or online and under Payment tab>Update Card Information. Easy peasy.
But this will apply to next month’s bill. You will need to make a manual payment for service today by Add Funds with CC.
Another option is to purchase vouchers and dial 611 on his phone and enter the voucher number.
Vouchers can be purchased from:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link

You can update it the app, under payments, or on their website
