The credit card attached to my account has been compromised and frozen, so my next payment cannot be processed. I tried to update my payment method to another credit card, but your website says 'Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later'. I also tried on the app which gave another error, saying more that my credit card details were incorrect. I have tried multiple credit cards and always some error.
When I try to message @CS_Agent , I get some nonsense error about invalid HTML:
My plan will expire today, so this is fairly urgent.

after waiting 24 hours and incognito mode still seeing the same error.

@boal When you see the message in red just hit send again and it should work.

@boal If you tried to many times you will have to wait 1 full hour before trying again preferably 24 full hours and try again with new browser window using incognito mode /private mode or try the app instead . But if in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 or shell gas and load funds *611 to resume service right away and worry about updating CC later
