Did you reply YES2 to the text from 4911? If you didn't get the text try sending YES2 to 4911. If you still don't get a positive reply contact customer support to get them added to your account.

 

If you are a new activation then they will be added within 7 business days of your activation.

if you got back a reply saying they will add it, good

if not, then just open ticket with PM Support and they will add it back for you.
