Did you reply YES2 to the text from 4911? If you didn't get the text try sending YES2 to 4911. If you still don't get a positive reply contact customer support to get them added to your account.
If you are a new activation then they will be added within 7 business days of your activation.

@Chri-6st_ @Did you get offer and text YES2 4911 and just don’t see it in your account ? If so try to login in again incognito, otherwise you need agent to apply manually and act fast off ends dec

first try to send YES2 to shorcode 4911
if you got back a reply saying they will add it, good
if not, then just open ticket with PM Support and they will add it back for you.
