I changed my plan last month to 20GB data for $45 but when I logged in today to my self serve account, it says my current plan is set at 6 GB for $45. I have the receipt for the plan change.
I am just wondering what's going on with my plan!

HI @Skhan8672 it is just cache problem
You can clear cache and close and relaunch the browser
or you can also use Private/Incognito/Secret mode to login My Account instead and the new plan should be shown

No Worry, With this new site, you likely still reading off the cached version, so the Plan details you got was not up to date
An easy way is try to login My Account using Incognito mode (or InPrivate for Edge, Private for Safari) or try again with a completely different browser like Edge/Firefox/Chrome or try on another device. You should then see the latest info from the server.
