Unsuccessful renewal and money return

jolud

Hi there! I set my new plan to be renewed on December 11th, but it wasn't for some reason, so I had to change it manually and pay for it once more but the payment for the previous plan's payment was made so I would like to get my money back

How can I do it and who do I talk to? Thanks in advance!

@jolud

Do you see the extra month's funds in your available balance?  If so, you might just want to leave the funds in your account for next payment cycle.  PM can refund, but it can take 2-3 weeks for that refund to process.  Might be easier to leave that extra payment for next cycle.

Thanks! I'll do that

@jolud for account and billing questions you will need to reach a support agent. You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

Or, if you are having trouble with the Chatbot try sending a private message to:

(note: you will need to be logged into your Community account for this link to work)
